Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the v12my platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the v12my platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the v12my management team. Users who have not reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to register or use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally eligible to use online betting services.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on v12my. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
When registering, you are required to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid payment details.
- Update your account information promptly whenever any details change.
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential. v12my is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, whether carried out by the user themselves or by any third party due to the user's negligence.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the v12my platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to unlawfully access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to influence, manipulate, or cheat the outcome of any game or betting process by any means.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities.
- Posting offensive, harassing, or threatening content directed at other users or v12my staff.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without valid authorisation.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action as appropriate under applicable Malaysian law.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on v12my are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and compliant with the relevant bank or payment provider's terms.
V12my reserves the right to place a hold on or freeze withdrawals if there is suspected fraud, unmet identity verification requirements, or suspected breach of terms. The identity verification process may require users to submit additional documents such as a copy of their IC or bank statement.
Account Suspension & Closure
V12my reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Confirmation that the user has provided false information during registration.
- The user is found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of promotions.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be processed for return to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

V12my provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, v12my is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including betting losses, technical disruptions, or transaction delays.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, images, and software on the v12my platform are the property of v12my or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from v12my.
